Service Delivery

Digital Service Access

  • Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your Dropjual account
  • Account Activation: Account activation is automatic and occurs within minutes of payment confirmation
  • Login Credentials: Access credentials are sent to your registered email address
  • Platform Availability: Our platform is available 24/7 with 99.9% uptime guarantee

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plan: RM 49/month - Access granted immediately upon payment
  • Annual Plan: RM 490/year (Save RM 98) - 12 months access granted immediately

Physical Product Shipping (Third-Party)

While Dropjual itself is a digital platform, our users utilize the system to manage dropshipping operations involving physical products. Please note:

  • Dropjual is not responsible for shipping physical products sold through our platform
  • Shipping policies for physical products are determined by individual sellers and suppliers
  • Delivery times and shipping costs for physical products vary by supplier and location
  • Our platform provides tools to track and manage these shipments but does not handle them directly

Service Cancellation & "Returns"

Subscription Cancellation

Since our service is digital, traditional "returns" do not apply. Instead, we offer:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 7 days for new subscribers
  • Easy Cancellation: Cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings
  • No Shipping Fees: No shipping or handling fees to worry about
  • Data Export: Download your business data before cancellation
